Ingredients
- ½ Cabbage, thinly sliced
- Vegetable or Herbal Salt to taste
- ½ Cup Sour Coconut Cream
- (Coconut Cream with 1 Tbspn. Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice)
- 1 Tspn. Ground Coriander
- 1 Tspn. Ground Cumin
- Fresh Coriander
Instructions
- Dry stir-fry cabbage and salt at high temperature. When lightly browned, turn down the heat and cook gently for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, pour in the sour coconut cream and sprinkle with the coriander and cumin. Garnish with fresh Coriander
