Oats-2-Go Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
- ½ cup oats
- 1 cup soy milk (or any plant milk)
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 banana, sliced
- Raisins
- 1 Tbspn blackstrap molasses
- Nuts/Mixed seeds
- ½ tspn cinnamon
Instructions:
- Soak oats in ½ cup of milk for 10-15mins in bowl
- Add banana, raisins, apple and seeds, and mix well
- Add molasses and rest of milk and stir to mix so it’s not too dry,
- Sprinkle cinnamon, pray and enjoy!
Sounds delicious….Will give it a go!
