Oats-2-Go Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup soy milk (or any plant milk)
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Raisins
  • 1 Tbspn blackstrap molasses
  • Nuts/Mixed seeds
  • ½ tspn cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Soak oats in ½ cup of milk for 10-15mins in bowl
  2. Add banana, raisins, apple and seeds, and mix well
  3. Add molasses and rest of milk and stir to mix so it’s not too dry,
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon, pray and enjoy!
