Ingredients
- 2 Cups Chickpeas (Soaked
- 1 Cup Oil
- ½ Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Coriander
- ½ Cup Onions
- ½ Cup Peppers
- ½ Cup Corn Meal
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Grind chickpeas in blender or food processor with just enough water to make mixture smooth.
- Add vegetables and dry ingredients to chickpeas.
- Add ½ cup of oil and mix well, then shape into patties.
- Cook patties on each side in pan with 2 tablespoons oil until golden brown.
